TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Sister Snog Boom-&-Boost Terms & CONDITIONS have been created to safeguard the use and enjoyment of the club's membership by all its members.
The CLUB
Sister Snog is a private members’ club for business women, female founders and femmepreneurs. The Owner is Snog Limited, a company registered in England & Wales 3739696, registered office address Gemini House, 136-140 Old Shoreham Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 7BD (the ‘Owner’).
Privacy & CONFIDENTIALITY
Sister Snog adheres to the strictest confidentiality standards and pledges to maintain all records and personal information concerning the members in the strictest confidence.
Membership CRITERIA
Sister Snog membership is available to women who are working full time in a senior role for an established company or running a business that is VAT registered or is a well funded start-up. Sister Snog does not accept applications from individuals who work as a distributor, network marketor or for a multi-level network marketing organisation.
Annual Membership includes the membership fee and access to the Boom-&-Boost & Sistermind Crew. These benefits are for Boom-&-Boost members only.
Annual membership of Sister Snog Boom-&-Boost includes all the elements of Boom-&-Boost as set out in www.sistersnog.com/boom-and-boost which includes 3 Wonderful-One-Off in-person events, including Festive Friday & The Purple Shoe Awards, 12 consecutive months' membership of the Boom-&-Boost programme and allocation to a Boost Crew, hosted on WhatsApp, consisting of 6-10 members and
monthly Sistermind sessions, where members discuss issues arising from their social media activity.
If a member is unable to attend on the day please let Sister Snog know by sending a text to 07970 282490.
Cancellation Policy: Wonderful-One-Off events must be booked in advance and 7 working days’ notice of cancellation is required. That notice must be in writing to [email protected] and be acknowledged by Sister Snog. If a member books an event and fails to attend on the day, without prior notice, their ticket will be treated as spent and they will not be entitled to carry forward that ticket to another Wonderful-One-Off.
Sister Snog reserves the right to cancel a Boom-&-Boost membership if the Boom-&-Boost member acts in a way that is either detrimental to the Sister Snog brand or any of the members. Termination will be in writing and the balance minus an admin fee of £50.
Sister Snog reserves the right to amend the membership terms and conditions at any time. Sister Snog reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately if any payments due are not paid on time.
Refund Policy: Once payment has been made Sister Snog does not offer refunds.
